four eyes?
one of the things C brought to my attention yesterday afternoon was that he was having difficulty seeing the board at school so I called and made an appointments for both of us at the eye doctor. fun fun I got my first pair of glasses when I was in third grade. I was sort of hoping that this was one genetic trait that would not get passed along...

Been through it with both girls. Being girls the choices for glasses were a little more eclectic that what you'll find for a boy if he needs them.
One thing we did do: tell the girls that on their 13th birthday we'd take them for contacts. Ended several 'I'll look like a dork' conversations!
he mentioned getting contacts already and considering we had to hold him down just to put drops in when he had pink eye I just laughed. But he is only 8 maybe whne he hits 13
