just plain worn out

really really really(no really) tiring week this week and as I am sitting down to start my homework I have decided I am too tired to see straight, think, have an intelligent thought or be able to write about anything to do with microbes. So I am taking the night off!
Laundry is started, hubby is out, the dog is doing puggy things, kid is playing PS2-luckily he had a good week at school so that did not have to be taken away again this weekend-and so I am putting on the pajama pants and crawling into bed with the latest issue of Vanity Fair. Have a good night folks!

3rd grade is serious business

yup got the note no Valentine's party this year! They are going to be allowed to exchange cards at recess on Friday but no party, candy or anything fun allowed. Awww they grow up so fast. Crazy child started to tell me he was going to get Transformers Valentines for the boys and before he even got to the girls I cut him off with the news we are getting one box that will cover everyone and that is that.
