good grief it's next Sunday and what am I doing..cleaning? organizing? menu planing? shopping? um nope I'm catching up on my DVR's Real Housewives programs, Fingers crossed it all comes together at some point this week!

you start driving to work having forgotten to drop your son at school. I suppose I deserve bonus points at least I didn't forget him at home.

as far as the weekly grocery shop goes

why on earth am I incapable of just going to the grocery store once a week? I try I really do I plan menus, make a list check it twice and it never fails every week I forget something!!!! And it drives me crazy as I am not a particular fan of the grocery shop to begin with.

when is it not cool to lunch with your mom?

evidently today! C has a thing at school this morning that I plan on attending & the plan was for me to leave school grab some food and lunch with the kiddo, except maybe "you just drop the food back off you don't need to stay"
giant *sigh*

and even the doghouse gets a new roof

insurance adjuster came to look at the house yesterday and for some reason I had it in my head he was just looking at the roof uh no no the whole house & property and everything that was damaged not just the roof, color me clueless! And while I am so grateful no one was injured and we are all here safe & sound the car and property damage is a pain in the arse to say the least. It was a helluvah storm and we are blessed that that night did not turn out worse than it did.

no doubt opposable thumbs will win this one too
