when shopping how hard is to bring your shopping cart back to the building or to one of those cart islands that are seemingly all over the parking lots?
I'm glad I'm not the only one to have that issue with people. Last night, we went to Target and drove past a guy who pas parking a buggy in the mud. He was 10 STEPS away from the buggy return!
