customer service one can appreciate
just got a thank card from the girl at the Betsey Johnson shop where I bought some earrings this past weekend on our girls jaunt out of town. And I just thought I was being added to a mailing list.
Burberry did that to EB after he bought my scarf in 03. But when I found out how much that scarf cost I thought they should have been coming over and washing our car! You'll prolly still get mailings too, but it's really a nice touch.
